1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SOLUCIONAL's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Services
SOLUCIONAL provides software engineering, digital transformation, integration, and custom development services. All services are provided subject to separate service agreements that will be executed between SOLUCIONAL and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the services, including but not limited to software, documentation, and methodologies, remain the property of SOLUCIONAL unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement, in accordance with industry standards and applicable laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
SOLUCIONAL's liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Modifications
SOLUCIONAL reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
